The hotel buildings are supported by concrete columns and beams, and the main floor is light steel framing floor system.

The exterior finishing are using a variety of decorative materials, such as steel tiles, fiber cement siding, stucco, timber balustrade.
The roofing are using aluminum thatch and steel tile.
The exterior wall are using bamboo cladding, fiber cement wood grain siding and stucco.
The patio is using anticorrosive wood flooring. Perfectly showing the whole character of this resort hotel.
The combination of miscellaneous finishing material well showes different style for the hotel.
